F1 streams: games and start times

Formula 1 and other motor racing from yesterday through tomorrow, every session in the time zone set on your device.

Today Friday, October 30

Tomorrow Saturday, October 31

Friday to Sunday

Most Grand Prix weekends have practice on Friday and on Saturday morning, then Saturday qualifying and a Sunday race. Six weekends use the sprint format, which keeps one practice session and adds sprint qualifying on Friday and a short sprint race on Saturday before Grand Prix qualifying. The Grand Prix itself is about 305 km, roughly an hour and a half of racing.

A lot of weekends here have one listing for every session, so one set of links covers Friday through Sunday. Sessions with their own listing show their own time.

Race times around the globe

The 24-round calendar moves through Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, and each race starts at an hour that suits the host. European races start mid-afternoon at the circuit, which is breakfast time on the US East Coast. Asian rounds fall in the US night. Singapore and Las Vegas race after dark, and the Gulf races in the evening. We convert every session to the time zone set on your device, so there is no maths to do.

2026: new cars, new team

New technical rules arrived in 2026, with power units that lean more on electric power and smaller, lighter cars. Cadillac joined as the eleventh team, and Audi took over Sauber.

Official coverage

Apple TV is the US home of F1 from 2026, and its subscription bundles F1 TV Premium, with onboard feeds and team radio. British viewers get every session on Sky Sports F1, while Channel 4 airs race highlights the same day and airs the British Grand Prix in full, live. Many other countries sell F1 TV Pro on its own. Full replays go up on broadcasters' apps, highlights on F1's YouTube channel, and the live timing in the F1 app lets you follow practice with no video at all.

Other racing

MotoGP (sprint on Saturday, race on Sunday), the NASCAR Cup Series (February to November, mostly on Sunday afternoon in the US) and IndyCar (March into late summer; the Indianapolis 500 is in late May) appear here in their own groups when our sources list them.

Using the list

Yesterday, today and tomorrow are listed, and a running session goes to the top with a LIVE tag. Event pages hold as many as three links, most reliable first, each leading to a player on a different site. Our F1 weekend guide has more.
